Lost Password?

Please visit the Login page and enter your unique Company ID to access your Companies home page login screen.  There is a password reset process for employees from your company's home page login.  If you do no have your company's unique URL you must contact your HR Department or System Administrator to reset your user account. 

Login or System Access Issues?

At OnePoint we understand that the employees are occasionally going have questions after hours and on weekends.  Due to privacy and security regulation about employee data, only your company HR department will be able to assist you.  Below is a list of common user requests and issues to offer ideas until you can reach a company representative.

Having trouble logging in from a web browser?Be sure that you are using the specific company ID provided by your HR Department.  Many times the company ID is a variation of the company name
Having trouble logging in from a mobile device?Try to reboot your device and access the mobile application
Are you locked out of the system or need to reset your password?Due to Federal and State privacy and security regulations, OnePoint does NOT have access to our client's individual user accounts, and cannot grant access.  Please contact your HR Department or System Administrator for your unique URL or to request a user account reset.
Are you trying to retrieve a pay statement, leave information or other tax forms?Due to Federal and State privacy and security regulations, OnePoint cannot access payroll, personnel, tax or benefits data for individual employee user of our clients. You must contact your HR department or employer directly.
Are you a past employee trying to retrieve a W-2, pay stubs or other tax forms?OnePoint does not have access to any information for non-active employees of our clients. Due to Federal and State privacy and security regulations, OnePoint cannot access payroll, personnel, tax or benefits data for individual employee user. You must contact your HR department or former employer directly.
Are you trying to access or benefit enrollment or have questions about your selectionsOnePoint does not have access to any benefit enrollment information for individual employees of our clients. You must contact your HR department or employer directly.
